I just wanted to take a moment to thank you and your team at MODCOMP for all your efforts during our ViewMax implementation at VWR and share with you some of my thoughts. Our experience with ViewMax has been outstanding: a flawless performer from development through implementation.

We chose ViewMax for several reasons including its open architecture, scalability, robustness, session management, security, application toolkit, and flexibility. And it hasn't let us down.

The most amazing thing for me was the speed in which we integrated our web site with our mainframe as well as the flexibility built into ViewMax. Not only were we able to leverage 35 years of legacy data without any modifications to our mainframe, but we were able to preserve 3 years of custom web code and electronic commerce experience. ViewMax was the "glue" that finally tied everything together by creating a seamless API from our web site to our legacy systems.

ViewMax is definitely one of the "keys" helping to unlock our electronic commerce strategy at VWR Scientific Products Corporation. And, it's just the beginning as we leverage our investment in ViewMax and look at other ways to integrate and "web enable" our legacy applications for our Internet, Intranet and Extranets.
