Solution Leaders Join to Expand Mobile Support Capabilities

agreement with Aether Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: AETH), a leading provider
of wireless data products and services. Under the MobileEnterprise
partner agreement, MODCOMP will incorporate its integration software,
ViewMax®, with Aether's ScoutWare product suite. By adding
ScoutWare's advanced data synchronization and mobile device management
functionality, MODCOMP is now positioned to deliver mobile and wireless
solutions to a wide range of existing enterprise applications. ScoutWare
also enables MODCOMP to support all major mobile computing platforms
and operating systems including Palm, RIM Wireless Handhelds™, PocketPC,
WinCE, pagers, cellular, and WAP phones. In addition, MODCOMP's
ViewMax, which allows access to mainframe and host applications
for E-commerce, will now extend its capabilities to M-commerce,
allowing users to perform transactions from a mobile platform.
