Modcomp Systems & Solutions Renews its Cisco Silver Certification; is Recognized for Cisco Customer Satisfaction Excellence in the USA

Deerfield Beach, FL - May 19, 2009 Modcomp Systems & Solutions announced today it has successfully renewed its Silver Certification from Cisco®. To earn Silver Certification, Modcomp had to meet rigorous standards for networking competency, service, support and customer satisfaction set forth by Cisco.

As a Cisco Silver Certified Partner, Modcomp has met requirements for attaining a broad range of expertise. In addition, Modcomp was required to integrate Cisco Lifecycle Services into their offerings and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction based on independently audited customer satisfaction surveys.

Modcomp also achieved a Customer Satisfaction Excellence Gold Star from Cisco. This designation recognizes Modcomp for delivering outstanding customer service to customers in United States. Modcomp achieved this milestone by attaining an aggregate Customer Satisfaction Survey score of 4.96 out of a maximum aggregate score of 5.00.

Cisco measures the customer satisfaction levels achieved by its Gold, Silver and Premier Certified partners based on regional target goals, providing a weighted average of a partner's pre- and post-sales support over rolling 12-month period. Partners that achieve outstanding customer satisfaction are awarded the Customer Satisfaction Excellence Gold Star and can be found using the advanced search menu in the Cisco Partner Locator.
