Inside Sales Representative.

We are looking for professionals that want to join a company that is trusted, respected, and innovative…Modcomp Systems & Solutions headquartered in Deerfield Beach, Florida, is currently seeking dynamic professionals for Inside Sales Representative. The position directly reports to the President. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for proactively prospecting and networking with customer interaction comprising mostly by telephone, email, and fax communications. This professional should be capable of selling, marketing, and following up with leads that have been provided as well as initiating leads on his or her own.

Ideal candidates will be:

  • Prospecting and conducting inside sales calls to clients regarding the products and services that Modcomp Systems & Solutions provides.
  • Generating leads and setting appointments for Account Managers as directed by President.
  • Tracking and managing current and potential customers through the use of software and systems.
  • Successfully selling the products and services provided through MODCOMP Systems & Solutions.
  • Establishing strategic relationships with vendors and partners, etc.
  • Responsible for providing reports on sales activities, sales forecasts, and other reports as needed to measure sales objectivity.
  • Conducting some cold calling to assist in establishing a client list.

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated with a technical background (or strong desire to learn IT business).
  • Driven attitude with strong desire to learn as well as being a quick learner.
  • Must be results oriented
  • Associates degree in business administration, sales, information technology or related field or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Self-directed with an ability to multi-task effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment while demonstrating excellent customer service and follow-through skills.
  • Capability of working in a professional but informal environment.
  • Sales experience a plus, especially cold calling.
