MODCOMP Now Targeting Investment Bankers with E-Commerce Solution via U.K. Reseller Partnership

Alliance with Ainsworth & Associates Expands MODCOMP's Global Sales Channel; Enables Complete Integration of Financial Applications to the Web for PC or Wireless Access

(NASDAQ: CSPI) and a leading developer of E-commerce and M-business solutions, today announced that U.K. management consulting firm, Ainsworth & Associates (A&A), has signed an agreement to sell MODCOMP's ViewMax® integration software, WAP66™ host-to-WAP server, and integration services to the financial sector. The Ainsworth partnership will allow MODCOMP to reach a new market while helping investment managers address the necessary task of expanding access to their enterprise systems via the Internet and handheld wireless devices.

Using MODCOMP's software and services, A&A will provide its client base with rapid application development and integration of legacy systems as part of an overall E-commerce and M-business strategy. MODCOMP will benefit from A&A's extensive knowledge and experience of investment management operations, as well as a solid background in business systems planning, project management, training, and customer support.
