J2EE Legacy Adapter for BEA's WebLogic Server™. Utilizing the J2EE
Connector Architecture (JCA) standard, ViewMax®JCA extends BEA WebLogic's
legacy connectivity capabilities. This new release enables developers
to quickly build new collaborative applications and transactional
systems as well as enhance the workflow of existing applications
by simplifying the interchange of data from existing legacy systems
Leveraging
the industry's leading application server platform, the BEA WebLogic
Server, ViewMaxJCA adapter provides an open standards interface
that allows MODCOMP to rapidly create applications that incorporate
functionality and data from any legacy resource via VT100-420, 3270,
and 5250 terminal types and share those data via JCA. This seamless
integration framework offers enterprise clients enhanced interoperability
and extended functionality for their diverse IT environments.
