26 , 2000, Ft. Lauderdale, FL MODCOMP®, Inc. (www.modcomp.com),
a subsidiary of CSP Inc. (NASDAQ: CSPI) and a leading developer
of E-commerce and M-business solutions, today announced an agreement
whereby SIPHER will promote and sell its ViewMax® integration
software and WAP66 wireless portal server alongside SIPHER's
messaging server. SIPHER will seamlessly combine ViewMax with
SIPHER's e-xport multi-format message server to provide a robust
platform with full redundancy and disaster recovery capability.
This
partnership will allow transactions to be securely executed on
existing enterprise systems from a wireless Palm® or any other
WAP enabled hand-held device.
